摘要
以电能表的基础信息、现场检验数据以及电能表在线监测信息为基础,建立了一套能够反应电能表状态的指标体系,搭建了新的电能表状态评估模型。通过分析每项指标的影响,运用模糊层次分析法确立每项指标的权重,实现了电能表状态的定量化评估。以该评估结果为基础,制定相应的电能表状态检验及轮换策略,为动态调整检验及轮换周期提供科学依据。
Based on the basic information,on-site inspection data and on-line monitoring information of watt-hour meter,a set of index system which can reflect the state of watt-hour meter is established,and a new state evaluation model of watt-hour meter is set up.By analyzing the influence of each index,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to establish the weight of each index,and the quantitative evaluation of the watt-hour meter state is realized.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding state inspection and rotation strategies of the watt-hour meter is established which can provide scientific basis for dynamic adjustment inspection and rotation cycle.
