摘要
我国教育经济与管理学学位点自建立以来发展迅速。探究该学科博士研究生导师的群体特征,有利于揭示当前我国教育经济与管理学科点顶层的师资力量。通过对我国教育经济与管理学99名博士生导师群体特征进行分析,能够看出:学位点分布不均衡,导师队伍建设不合理,性别差异显著,专业化程度较高,但担任行政职务人员比例较高。因此,需要积极建立教育经济与管理学专业国家学科标准、优化导师队伍结构、提升导师学术素养,以此加强导师队伍建设,增强学科实力。
The degree program of Educational Economics and Management in China has developed rapidly since establishment.To explore the group characteristics of doctoral supervisors is helpful to reveal the top-level faculty of Educational Economics and Management in China.Based on the survey of the characteristics of 99 doctoral supervisors in Educational Economics and Management in China,it can be seen that:the degree programs are unevenly distributed,the construction of supervisor team is unreasonable,the gender difference is significant,the degree of specialization is high,but the proportion of administrative staff is high.Therefore,we need to actively establish the national discipline standards of Education Economics and Management,optimize the structure of tutor team,and improve the academic quality of tutors,so as to strengthen the construction of supervisor team and enhance the strength of the discipline.
