摘要
话语作为意识的外化、对象化,是人类进行社会生活必需的最为基本的功能。它是沟通主体和客体之间的中介,既反映了主体对于客体认识的状况,也体现了主体的兴趣、意愿乃至自身的诸多个性特征,更是人的社会性的产物。话语和话语体系上的分歧和对立以及话语权的形成,除了认识上的原因之外,还要从社会存在上寻找原因。我们要建设的话语体系的基础是中国特色社会主义建设的生活和实践。中国话语体系建设要面向当今中国的实践,顺应时代特征,以马克思主义为指导,融通古今中西,求真、向善、趋美。与此同时,还必须在“四个自信”基础上,通过多方努力,提高在世界上的话语权。
As the externalization and objectification of consciousness,discourse is the most basic function of human social life.It is the intermediary between the subject and the object,reflecting not only the subject’s understanding of the object,but also the subject’s interest,will and many of his own personality characteristics,thus the product of human’s sociality.In addition to the cognitive reasons,other causes for differences and antagonisms in discourse and discourse system,as well as the formation of discourse power,may root in the social existence.The basis of our discourse system is the life and practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of China’s discourse system should conform to the practice of today’s China,comply with the characteristics of the times,take Marxism as the guidance,integrate the ancient and modern China and the west,and seek truth,goodness and beauty.At the same time,we must promote our voice in the world through multifaceted efforts on the basis of“four matters of confidence”.
