摘要
目的研究分析在静脉治疗患者中采取规范化管理对护理质量的改善效果。方法随机抽选2017年6月-2018年6月在本院静脉治疗的患者共计84例资料进行对照分析,实施抽签法分组,两组各42例。对照组接受常规静脉治疗管理,观察组患者接受静脉治疗规范化管理,分析两组患者的护理后的不良事件总发生率以及患者对护理工作质量的评分差异。结果观察组中患者的不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者在正确给药、管道维护、感染控制、穿刺工具选择以及质量总分方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理应用于静脉治疗患者中,可降低不良事件风险,改善护理人员的护理技能水平,具有较高的价值。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of standardized management on the improvement of nursing quality in patients undergoing intravenous therapy. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, a total of 84 patients were randomly selected for intravenous treatment in our hospital for comparative analysis. The two groups were divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received the standardized management of intravenous therapy. The total incidence of adverse events and the difference of patients’ scores on the quality of nursing work were analyzed. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05) in the aspects of correct administration, pipeline maintenance, infection control, selection of puncture tools and total quality scores. Conclusion Standardized management can reduce the risk of adverse events and improve the level of nursing skills of nurses.
