摘要
为提高电能表可靠性自动测试方案的优化设计水平,在分析电能表规约一致性、极限类测试以及容错类测试3种常见故障类型的基础上,分别研究了其常见测试项的设计要求、测试方案设计思路以及符合性判断依据。运用等价类的检测案例生成理论,结合案例给出了等价类提取和检测案例生成过程,并基于判定表驱动法简化了等价类集的规模,通过实例分析比较了析因试验设计法和本文方法生成检测案例的规模和测试效率,验证了其有效性。
In order to improve the optimization design level of automatic test schemes of electric energy meter reliability, the design requirements of typical test items, the design ideas of test schemes and the basis of conformity judgment are analyzed respectively based on an analysis of three types of common fault that may occur in conformity of electric energy meter convention, limit test and fault-tolerant test.According to the generating theory of test cases of equivalent class and on the basis of related cases, the case-generating process of extracting and detecting of equivalent class is given, and the scale of equivalent class set is simplified based on decision table driving method. The generation scale of detection cases and test efficiency of factorial test design method and the method mentioned in this paper are compared and analyzed by taking case analysis and the effectiveness of the latter one is thus verified.
