颗粒饲料和杂鱼对半滑舌鳎生长和饲料利用率的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different fat commercial pellet feed and trash fish on growth, efficiency of feed utilization of Tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther)

摘要 试验选用初重(104±8.9)g半滑舌鳎600尾,随机分3个处理组,每组设4重复,每重复半滑舌鳎50尾,分别投喂不同脂肪含量颗粒饲料和杂鱼,试验期121 d。结果表明:投喂杂鱼可显著提高半滑舌鳎生长的终末体重(FBW)、增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)及饲料系数(FCR)(P<0.05),其蛋白质效率(PER)显著低于两种含量不同的颗粒饲料组(P<0.05)。低脂含量的颗粒饲料(RQ)进行投喂的半滑舌鳎肝体指数(HSI)、脏体指数(VSI)和肥满度(CF)显著低于杂鱼和高脂含量颗粒饲料(CX)投喂组(P<0.05)。综上所述,投喂杂鱼可以提高半滑舌鳎生长性能。用低脂肪含量的颗粒饲料进行投喂,既能节省其饵料利用率,又能使养成阶段的半滑舌鳎健康生产。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of the the different fat commercial pellet feed and trash fish on growth and efficiency of feed utilization of Tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther). A total of 600 Tongue soles(Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther) with an initial average body weight of(104±8.9)g were randomly divided into 3 groups(4 replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate), which were fed the different fat commercial pellet feed and trash fish, respectively. After 121 d feeding, the results showed that TF significantly improved the final average body weight, weight growth rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio of Tongue soles(P<0.05). But the protein efficiency ratio of TF group was significantly lower than the different fat commercial pellet feed(P<0.05). The hepato-somatic index, viscera-somatic index, condition factor of the low-fat commercial pellet feed group was significantly lower than the high-fat commercial pellet feed group and TF group(P<0.05).In summary, feeding TF can improve the growth performance of Tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther). Feeding with a low-fat commercial pellet feed not only saves the efficiency of feed utilization, but also promotes the healthier production of the Tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther)in the growing stage.
