推焦车自动对位系统的设计

摘要 为了实现推焦车在运行过程中与焦炉目标炉号的自动对位和精确停车,设计了一套推焦车自动对位系统。这一系统通过安装在推焦车车体上的速度传感器与位置传感器实时采集推焦车的运行速度及当前位置,与控制中心设定的运行速度及目标炉号位置进行实时对比。当推焦车运行至目标炉号位置时,控制中心自动发出停车命令,实现推焦车的自动对位与精确停车。现场试验表明,这一系统能够实现7 m推焦车运行中与焦炉目标炉号快速自动对位和精确停车,具有较高的稳定性与可靠性。 In order to realize automatic positioning and precise parking of the coke pusher with the target number of the coke furnace during operation,a set of automatic positioning system for coke pusher was designed.This system collects the running speed and current position of the coke pusher in real time through the speed sensor and position sensor installed on the body of the coke pusher,and performs real time comparison with the running speed set by the control center and the position of target furnace number.When the coke pusher runs to the position of target furnace number,the control center automatically issues a stop command to realize automatic positioning and precise parking of the coke pusher.Field tests show that this system can achieve quick automatic positioning and precise parking against the target number of the coke furnace during operation of 7 m coke pusher,and has high stability and reliability.
