医美护理管理结合心理咨询干预在整形美容门诊患者中的应用 被引量:16

Application of Medical and Aesthetic Nursing Management Combined with Psychological Counseling Intervention in Plastic and Cosmetic Clinic Patients

摘要 目的:探究医美护理管理结合心理咨询干预在整形美容门诊患者中的应用及其效果。方法:选取笔者医院整形美容门诊2018年6月-2018年12月收治的80例接受整形美容手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组37例和观察组43例。对照组采用常规医美护理管理,观察组采用常规医美护理管理结合心理咨询干预,比较两组各时间点(就诊时、手术前、术后3个月后首次复诊)的SAS评分和SDS评分以及呼吸频率、心率、收缩压(术前1d和麻醉前)、患者护理满意度。结果:就诊时和手术前,对照组和观察组SAS评分、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3个月后首次复诊时,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1d,对照组和观察组呼吸频率、心率、收缩压水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉前,观察组呼吸频率、心率、收缩压均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为94.87%(37/39),对照组患者护理总满意度为77.14%(27/35),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对整形美容门诊患者实施医美护理管理结合心理咨询干预,可改善患者的不良心理,提高患者心理健康水平,获得患者的认可,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application and effect of medical aesthetics nursing management combined with psychological counseling intervention in plastic surgery outpatient management.Methods 80 cases of plastic surgery patients admitted to the plastic surgery clinic of our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).The control group adopted conventional medical aesthetics nursing management,while the observation group adopted conventional medical aesthetics nursing management combined with psychological counseling intervention,compared two groups of each point in time(visiting time,before the operation,postoperative 3 months after the fi rst visit)of the SAS scores and SDS scores and the frequency of breathing,heart rate,systolic pressure(before the preoperative anesthesia and 1d)and the degree of patient care.Results There was no signifi cant difference in SAS scores and SDS scores between the control group and the observation group at the time of admission and before surgery(P>0.05).At the fi rst follow-up visit 3 months later,SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).One day before surgery,there was no statistically signifi cant difference in respiratory rate,heart rate and systolic pressure between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Before anesthesia,respiratory rate,heart rate and systolic pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),and that of patients in the control group was 77.14%(27/35),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the nursing management of patients in plastic surgery clinic,the implementation of the medical beauty nursing management combined with
