摘要
目的:探讨应用放大镜辅助前牙牙体预备的临床修复效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年2月于合肥市口腔医院行上颌前牙美学修复的40例患者,共45个单位修复体,随机分成两组。实验组:利用放大镜辅助肩台预备、辅助修复体粘接;对照组:常规牙体预备,然后行全瓷冠修复。牙体预备和修复完成后,由医生和患者本人分别进行VAS评分,并按照USPHS标准进行随访评价。结果:实验组的预备效率低于对照组,在操作时间和预备质量方面高于对照组(P<0.05)。临床专家对预备后的牙体评分,实验组为(1.91±0.426)分,与对照组(2.22±0.518)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后3个月随访复查,实验组的牙龈反应优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用牙科放大镜辅助全瓷美学修复,能有效提高修复效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical prosthodontic effects of the tooth preparation by Loupe.Methods 40 patients with 45 units of aesthetic prostheses treatment by maxillary anterior teeth in the Hefei Stomatological Hospital for January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were normal preparation,the experimental groups were preparation by Loupe.All of teeth were prostheses treatment by ceramic crown.After the treatment,the dentists and the patients were scored VAS separately.The clinical effects were assessed by the same prosthodontist through the modifi ed USPHS standard.Results The experimental group achieved lower degree than control group in the prepared effi ciency,but they achieved higher degree in the operation time and prepared quality(P<0.05).The assessment of the prepared teeth of three prosthodontists showed significant difference(P<0.05)between experimental group(1.91±0.426)points and control group(2.22±0.518)points.According to the follow-up evaluation by three month,experimental group showed great advantage over control group in the gingival reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The dental loupe assisted all-ceramic aesthetic restoration can improve the restoration effect.
