摘要
卷筒作为起重机的主要关键部件,其可靠性和安全性决定了起重机的整机安全性。随着新型硬齿面减速器的大力推广应用,一种套装式卷筒应用越来越多,甚至在高工作级别上也有应用,但对其安全性和可靠性需要进行深入研究。通过全面分析计算,探讨了套装式卷筒的可靠使用性。
As the main key component of the crane,the reliability and safety of the drum determine the overall safety of the crane. With the vigorous promotion and application of the new hard toothed surface reducer,sleeve-type drum is increasingly used more and more,it even be used at high work duty cranes,but its safety and reliability requires our in-depth research. Through comprehensive analysis and calculation,the reliability of sleeve-type drum is discussed.
