摘要
总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,大型综合医院门诊医生助理的应急管理实践。通过科学合理的人力调配、全面专业的感控培训、持续优化的应急管理,让门诊医生助理在门诊疫情防控、大众防疫科普和特殊时期门诊接诊等工作方面发挥了重要作用,在疫情期间为医院和门诊部工作的顺利开展提供了有力支持。
Emergency management practice of outpatient physician assistant during COVID-19 epidemic situation is summarized.Through scientific and reasonable human resource allocation,comprehensive and professional sense control training,and continuous optimization of emergency management,the outpatient physician assistants have played an important role in outpatient epidemic prevention and control,popular epidemic prevention and popular science popularization,and outpatient reception in special periods,and provided strong support for the smooth development of hospital and outpatient work during the epidemic period.
