四辊卷板棱角度现象的原因分析及控制方案

摘要 探讨了四辊卷板机在卷制板材后成形筒体产生棱角度的原因,以弹塑性双线性硬化模型作为基础理论,推导出板材的应力-应变关系。考虑了板材滚弯过程中的夹点偏移与曲率变化,对板材预弯与卷制过程分别建模,得到板材成形半径与侧辊进给量的计算公式。基于预弯模型计算板材的预弯移动距离,在此基础上进行试验,根据试验结果分析了板材的棱角度现象。结果表明:轴辊轧碾方向、侧辊进给量、预弯段距离和上下轴辊直径是影响筒体棱角度的主要因素;通过精确计算预弯时的侧辊进给量并调节预弯移动距离,可以有效控制因板材预弯不准产生的棱角度现象。 The reason of the angularity of the cylinder generated after rolling on the four-roll bending machine was discussed.The stressstrain relationship of the sheet was derived on the basis of the elastoplastic bilinear hardening model.Considering the pinch offset and curvature change during the sheet roll bending process,the pre-bending and rolling processes of the sheet were respectively modeled to obtain the formulas for calculating the forming radius of the sheet and the feed amount of the side rolls.Based on the pre-bending model,the prebending moving distance of the sheet was calculated and the test was carried out.The angularity of the sheet was analyzed according to the test results.The results show that the rolling direction of the shaft roll,feeding amount of the side rolls,distance of the pre-bending section and diameter between the upper and lower shaft rolls are the main factors affecting the angularity of the cylinder;by accurately calculating the feed amount of side rolls during pre-bending and adjusting the pre-bending moving distance,the angularity caused by inaccurate pre-bending of the sheet can be controlled effectively.
