间隙对气波引射性能影响的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Influence of Gap on Performance of Gas Wave Ejector

摘要 气波引射器是一种新型的高效动态引射装置,转子与端板处间隙宽度对引射性能产生重要影响。通过实验研究进出口间隙宽度以及转速对气波引射器高低压气体流量和引射性能的影响。结果表明:随着入口间隙宽度增大,高压气体质量流量小幅增大,而低压气体质量流量大幅降低,设备的引射性能急剧降低,宽度由0.15 mm增至0.55 mm,等熵效率减小约15%,而出口间隙宽度对设备的流量和性能影响较小。当设备的运转速度偏离设计转速时,气波引射器的引射性能将急剧降低,在一定的转速偏离范围内,高压气体质量流量增大,而低压气体质量流量逐渐降低。 The gas wave ejector is a new type of dynamic ejector device.Due to its simple structure,large liquid holding capacity and high isentropic efficiency,it has broad application prospects in the field of comprehensive recovery and utilization of pressure energy.During the operation,changing the clearance between the wave rotor and end plates can significantly impact on the performance of gas wave ejector.In this paper,the effects of gap width and rotation speed on the mass flow rate and performance of gas wave ejector are discussed by experimental methods.The results show that with the increase of the inlet gap width,the mass flow rate of high pressure gas increases slightly,while the mass flow rate of the low pressure gas decreases,and the performance of the ejector will drastically decrease.The width increases from 0.15 mm to 0.55 mm,the isentropic efficiency decreases about 15%,and the exit gap width has less effect on the mass flow rate and performance.When the operating speed of the device deviates from the design speed,the performance of the gas wave ejector will decrease sharply.Within a certain range of deviation,the mass flow rate of the high pressure gas increases,while the mass flow rate of the low pressure gas gradually decreases.
