摘要
为获得高强混凝土管片接头偏心受压极限承载力特性,研究了轴压对混凝土管片接头极限弯矩的影响。实验结果表明:由于管片螺栓的位置靠近截面形心,管片的极限正弯矩与极限负弯矩近似相等。管片接头的极限弯矩随轴力的增加而增加,符合大偏心受压混凝土构件的极限承载力特性。当轴力为1000 kN时,管片接头螺栓的应力达到了屈服强度;当轴力为2000 kN和3000 kN时,管片接头螺栓没有屈服。在极限状态下,混凝土管片接头受压区混凝土被压碎。受拉螺栓屈服与否,与轴力相关。管片接头手孔的存在,在某种程度上削弱了管片接头的极限承载能力;管片接头的最大开度随着轴力的增加近似线性减少;较大的轴力,能够有效的限制管片接头的张开角度。
This paper presents an investigation of the characteristics behind ultimate bearing capacity of high strength concrete segmental joints under the action of eccentric compression.The scheme is focused on identifying the influence of axial force on ultimate bending moment of concrete segmental joints.The experimental results show that the close location of segment bolt to the section centroid leaves the positive ultimate bending moment of concrete segmental joints approximately equal to negative ultimate bending moment.The ultimate moment of segment joint increases with the increase of axial force,which fits in with the characteristics underlying the ultimate bearing capacity of large eccentric compression concrete members.Given the axial force of 1000 kN,the stress of segment joint bolt reaches the yield strength;given the axial force of 2000 kN and 3000 kN,the segment joint bolt does not yield;and in the limit state,whether the tension bolt yields or not depends on the axial force when the local concrete in compression zone of the concrete segment joint is fractured.The existence of hand holes in segment joints results in weakening the ultimate bearing capacity of segment joints to some extent.With an increase in axial force comes an approximate linear decrease in the maximum opening height of joint and the larger axial force could provide an effective limit of opening angle of segmental joints.
