摘要
目的探究超急性期脑梗死患者实施急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗的效果观察及对NIHSS评分影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月本院收治的超急性期脑梗死患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组40例。参照组采用常规脑梗死治疗,实验组采用急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组患者不同时间NIHSS评分、并发症情况和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6 h、24 h、7 d后实验组NIHSS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组消化道出血、肺炎、脑出血等并发症发生率(5.00%)低于参照组(22.50%)(P<0.05);实验组临床疗效(92.50%)高于参照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论超急性期脑梗死患者通过急诊绿色通道静脉溶栓治疗方式效果显著,能有效降低患者NIHSS评分,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of emergency green channel intravenous thrombolysis in patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction and the influence of NIHSS score.Methods 80 patients who underwent treatment for hyperacute cerebral infarction in our hospital were enrolled from February 2016 to February 2018.They were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional cerebral infarction,and the experimental group underwent emergency green channel intravenous thrombolysis.The NIHSS score,complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment.The NIHSS scores in the experimental group were lower than the reference group after 6 h,24 h,and 7 d(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group(22.50%),the incidence of complications such as pneumonia and cerebral hemorrhage was lower(5.00%)(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the ultra-acute cerebral infarction in the experimental group(92.50%)was higher than that in the reference group(75.00%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction have significant effects through emergency green channel intravenous thrombolysis.Which can effectively reduce NIHSS scores and should be clinically promoted.
