摘要
珠江三角洲水资源配置工程试验段,大直径输水钢管在平放状态下,由于自重的因素,引起钢管圆度形变,给加劲环安装工序和管节环缝焊接带来不利因素,通过采用立式制作工法,能确保输水管道的制造高效、安全、质量符合技术标准及合同要求。
This method is for solving the round deformation problem of steel tube because of its weight,which affects the installation process of stiffening ring and the welding of steel tube girth when the large diameter water steel tube is in the flatness during water resources allocation testing in Pearl-River Delta.The method can ensure that the manufacturing efficiency,safety and quality of the water pipeline meet the technical standards and contract requirements.
