日粮不同精粗比与中草药添加剂对滩羊增重、肉理化性能、血液生化和免疫指标的影响 被引量:13

摘要 试验探讨在不同精粗比日粮中添加中草药对滩羊增重、肉理化性能、血液生化及免疫指标的影响。试验1组日粮精粗比为1.59,不添加中草药添加剂;试验2、3、4组日粮精粗比分别为1.59、2.31、0.98,且添加0.65%中草药添加剂。结果表明:各试验组间增重、日增重差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验3组增重和日增重高于试验2组和试验4组;饲喂中草药添加剂的试验2、3、4组IgA、IgG、IgM、WBC、LYM指标均高于不添加中草药添加剂的试验1组,且试验4组IgA、IgG、IgM、WBC、LYM均高于其他各组。试验90 d,试验4组与试验3组之间白细胞差异显著(P<0.05),试验30 d与试验90 d,试验3组淋巴细胞差异显著(P<0.05),试验4组淋巴细胞差异显著(P<0.05),中草药添加剂与合适的精粗比日粮可显著提高滩羊的血液生化指标和免疫水平;试验4组与试验3组间熟肉率差异显著(P<0.05),试验3组与其他各组pH值差异显著(P<0.05),且在各组中最高。说明滩羊育肥期日粮中添加0.65%中草药添加剂精粗比为0.98对其增重、肉理化性能、血液生化及免疫指标效果较好。 The test investigated the effect of adding Chinese herbal medicine to the diet with different lean ratio on weight gain, physical and chemical properties of meat, blood biochemical and immune indexes of Tan sheep. The lean ratio of group 1 was 1.59, and the group 1 didn’t add Chinese herbal medicine. The lean ratio of group 2, 3 and 4 was 1.59, 2.31 and 0.98, respectively. Group 2, 3 and 4 added 0.65% of Chinese herbal medicine. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05). Weight gain and daily gain in the groups 3 were higher than in groups 2 and the groups 4. The indexes of IgA, IgG, IgM, WBC and LYM were all higher in test group 2, 3 and 4 feeding Chinese herbal medicine additives than in the group 1 feeding without Chinese herbal medicine additives, and IgA, IgG, IgM, WBC and LYM of test group 4 were the highest in each group. The leukocyte of test group 4 and test group 3 had significant difference at 90 d(P<0.05), the lymphocyte of test group 3 had significant difference between 30 d and 90 d(P<0.05), the lymphocyte of test group 4 had significant difference between 30 d and 90 d(P<0.05). Chinese herbal medicine additive with appropriate fine coarse than diet can significantly improve the blood biochemical indexes and the immune level of Tan sheep. There was a significant difference in cooked meat rate between test group 4 and test group 3(P<0.05), and a significant difference in pH value between test group 3 and other groups(P<0.05), which was the highest in each group. The results showed that adding 0.65% Chinese herbal medicine additive to the diet during fattening period had a good effect on weight gain, physicochemical properties of meat, blood biochemistry and immune indexes.
