摘要
模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)是一种可替代传统电压源型换流设备的新型拓扑换流装备,但随着应用电压等级的提升,MMC子模块级联数目大幅增长,相单元中二倍频环流问题尤为明显。通过阐述桥臂内环流与电感压降相互影响机制,在滞环控制的基础上引入区间自适应控制,有效平衡环流抑制效益与开关损耗两者的矛盾,提出滞环区间自适应控制MMC环流的动态抑制法。该方法能够灵活控制桥臂电感压降,控制环流在越限前改变流向,从而将其控制在允许范围内,且无需额外的硬件装置。最后在多电平双端背靠背互联系统Simulink仿真模型中验证该方法对MMC桥臂内环流的抑制效果。
Modular multilevel converter is a new type of topological converter which can replace the traditional voltage source converter.However,with the improvement of application of voltage level,the number of cascades of MMC sub-modules increases greatly and especially the problem of second-harmonic circulation in phase unit is particularly obvious.By analyzing the relationship between inductance voltage of bridge arm and circulation current,the interval adaptive feedback is introduced on the basis of hysteresis control.Effectively balancing the contradiction between circulation current suppression efficiency and switching loss,a dynamic suppression method for adaptive control of MMC circulating current in hysteresis interval is proposed.This method can control flexibly inductance voltage drop of the bridge arm and change the flow direction before the limit is exceededso that it can be controlled within the allowable range without additional hardware devices.Finally,simulink simulation model of multi-level two-end back-to-back interconnected system is used to verify the effectiveness of this method in suppressing the circulation in the arm of MMC bridges.
