摘要
列举了各种不同名称的工业过程控制系统用电磁阀,按照不同的结构形式和应用方式对电磁阀进行了分类,提出在工业自动化仪表产品型号编制原则和阀门型号编制国家标准基础上的两种不同形式的型号编制方法,并对型号编制做了示例,指出两种型号编制方法可实现统一;提出电磁阀选型数据表必要项目、注意事项及其它约定事项;指出在电磁阀选型过程中关系产品质量判定的最大泄漏率和关系产品使用安全的压力-温度额定值问题;指出电磁阀分类和型号编制的统一规范,对于设计、选型和使用的必要性。本文所指电磁阀不适用于以液压、气压作动力控制的电磁换向阀。
This article lists the different names of industrial process control system with electromagnetic valve,according to the different way of structure and application of electromagnetic valve has carried on the classification,put forward in the industrial automation instrument product model establishment principle and valve model establishment of national standard on the basis of two kinds of different forms of model establishment method,and the model establishment method can achieve unity.Electromagnetic valve selection table necessary projects and matters needing attention and other contract issues,points out that the relationship between the quality of the products in the process of electromagnetic valve selection determine the maximum leakage rate and the relationship between the product using the pressure-temperature ratings of safety problems,points out that the classification of solenoid valve and model establishment of standardized,and for the necessity of the design,selection and use,it refers to the electromagnetic valve is not suitable for hydraulic,pneumatic power control of the electromagnetic reversing valve.
