术中冷冻切片病理检查诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值分析

摘要 目的探析术中冷冻切片病理检查诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月~2019年3月本院收治的子宫内膜癌患者98例,对所有患者开展术中冰冻病理检查,术后针对子宫样本开展石蜡病理检查。石蜡切片为病理诊断结果“金标准”,对比术中冷冻切片病理诊断价值,评估术中冷冻切片的灵敏度、特异度与准确度。结果术中冷冻切片诊断子宫内膜癌细胞级别的灵敏度为95.00%,特异度为72.22%,准确度为90.82%;术中冷冻切片诊断子宫内膜癌肿瘤组织学的灵敏度为89.61%,特异度为90.48%,准确度为89.80%。结论术中冷冻切片能快速诊断子宫内膜癌的细胞分级、组织学分型。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of frozen biopsy in difierential diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma Methods:Totally,96 patients with endometrial cancer were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected to carry out intraoperative frozen pathological examination for all patients and paraffin pathological examination for postoperative uterine samples.The finally statistical analysis was done with pathological examination as the gold standard.Results:The frozen biopsy showed that the diagnosis,specificity,and accuracy of grading were 95.00%,72.22%,and 90.82%.On other hand,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of neoplasm histology were 89.61%,90.48%,and 89.80%.Conclusions:Using frozen biopsy can efiectively determine the gradi昭and histology of endometrial carcinoma.
