摘要
目的 PICC置管对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量及上肢功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月~2019年6月于我院就诊并治疗的乳腺癌切除术后化疗患者78例,按数字表法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例),对照组使用传统患侧上肢穿刺置管,观察组使用超声引导下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管。对比两组干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月的上肢功能状态评分;比较两组干预前、干预后3个月生活质量评分。结果干预前两组评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后3个月、6个月两组评分均有所升高,观察组功能评分显著高于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。干预前两组生活质量评分组间无差异(P>0.05),干预前两组生活质量评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后3个月两组生活质量均有所改善,观察组优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。结论 对乳腺癌切除术后化疗患者使用PICC置管,可有效改善上肢功能障碍,同时提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the efiect of PICC catheterization on the quality of life and upper extremity function of patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods from September 2017 to June 2019,78 patients with chemotherapy after breast cancer resection were selected and treated in our hospital.They were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to the method of digital table.The control group used traditional upper limb catheterization,and the observation group used ultrasound—guided peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization.The scores of upper limb function before intervention,3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difierence between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The scores of the two groups were increased 3 months and 6 months after the intervention.The functional scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difierence between the two groups in the quality of life score(P>0.05),before the intervention,there was no difierence between the two groups in the quality of life score(P>0.05),three months after the intervention,the quality of life of the two groups improved,the observation group was better than the control group,there was difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC catheterization can efiectively improve upper limb dysfunction and improve the quality of life of patients after breast cancer resection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
