摘要
与传统能源相比,氢能以其环保性和经济性等优势,越来越受到世界各国的重视和发展,而液氢储运以其独特的优势逐渐成为氢能储运的主要形式。本文针对液氢生产过程中所需低温调节阀的国内外研发现状,进行了分类梳理;总结了氢液化调节阀的结构型式和密封特点,分析了研发的技术难点,并对氢液化调节阀的研发提出了一些技术上的建议,希望可以为氢液化调节阀国产化提供一定的参考。
Compared with traditional energy sources,hydrogen energy has been increasingly valued and developed by countries around the world due to its environmental protection and economic advantages.Liquid hydrogen storage and transportation has gradually become the main form of hydrogen energy storage and transportation due to its unique advantages.In this paper,according to the domestic and foreign research and development status of cryogenic conteol valves required for the production of liquid hydrogen,the classification and sorting are summarized;the structural types and sealing characteristics of hydrogen liquefaction regulating valves are summarized;the technical difficulties of research and development are analyzed;The research and development put forward some technical suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for the localization of hydrogen liquefaction control valve.
