摘要
日本福岛核事故发生之后,核电厂严重事故管理得到了核电营运者和监管机构的更加重视。为了提高电厂应对严重事故的能力,降低事故管理人员压力,提高严重事故管理决策的效率和正确性,核电厂开发了一套基于网络构架的严重事故管理平台。通过整合多渠道机组监测方式,建立多画面的机组状态展示,智能化严重事故管理导则评估流程,创建各机组热工水力模型,实现事故进程预测与分析,建立多样化事故模拟场景。并将监测、评估和预测功能集于一体,构建网络化严重事故管理专家支持系统。
after the accident at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant,the severe accident management in nuclear power plants has been paid more attention by nuclear operators and regulators.In order to improve the ability of the power plant to deal with severe accidents,reduce the pressure of the accident management personnel,and improve the efficiency and correctness of the severe accident management decision,the nuclear power plant develops a set of severe accident management platform based on the network architecture.By integrating the monitoring methods of multi-channel units,the state display of multi-screen units is established,the assessment process of intelligent severe accident management guidelines is established,the thermal and hydraulic models of each unit are created,the accident process is predicted and analyzed,and the diversified accident simulation scenarios are established.The functions of monitoring,evaluation and prediction are integrated to build a network support system for severe accident management experts.
