摘要
造价控制是决定工程经济效益的关键,唯有实现对造价全过程的动态管理,才能提高工程造价控制的合理性与科学性。造价动态全过程管理,是在合同、设计、技术、组织等各环节通过分析项目造价,使得在满足合同要求的基础上,最大限度降低项目成本,进而促进经济效益最大化。首先介绍了造价动态全过程管理的概念,其次论述了目前造价全过程动态管理存在的问题,最后提出了提高造价全过程动态管理的有效措施。
Cost control is the key to determining the economic benefits of engineering. Only by realizing the dynamic management of the whole process of cost can the rationality and scientificity of project cost control be improved. The whole process of cost dynamic management is to analyze the project cost in various aspects such as contract,design,technology and organization,so that the project cost can be minimized on the basis of meeting the contract requirements,and then the economic benefit can be maximized. This paper first introduces the concept of the whole process management of cost dynamics,and then discusses the problems existing in the current dynamic management of cost,and finally puts forward effective measures to improve the dynamic management of the whole process of cost.
