摘要
在CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道建设施工中,自密实混凝土层容易出现裂纹、发泡、掉块等缺陷,造成大量揭板导致资源浪费。以北京至沈阳铁路客运专线CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道施工为研究对象,总结施工中易发典型问题及质量控制要点,为类似工程提供借鉴。
In the construction of CRTS type Ⅲ slab ballastless track,the self-compacting concrete layer is prone to cracks,foaming,falling blocks and other defects,resulting in a large number of slab uncovering resulting in waste of resources.In view of this,this paper takes CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track construction of Beijing-Shenyang Railway Passenger Dedicated Line as the research object,summarizes typical problems and quality control points in construction,and provides reference for similar projects.
