摘要
针对工程基坑水文地质和工程地质条件,结合成都地区深基坑降水、支护设计的经验,提出了采用管井降水和桩锚支护的结构体系,并采用理正深基坑软件对降水影响范围、围护结构内力、支护桩嵌固稳定性、抗隆起稳定性以及基坑变形等方面的验算,满足了规范要求。支护桩工采用旋挖钻机静态泥浆护壁,锚索施工采用全液压履带式钻机2种设备的引进,大幅提高了施工效率,保证了业主工期要求,完成后的变形监测数据表明,基坑维护结构体系变形及沉降完全在规范允许范围内,由此表明:桩锚支护体系作为砂卵(砾)石地层最常用的一种支护体系,在技术上是完全可行的,经济上也是非常合理的,具有广阔的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions of engineering foundation pits,combined with the experience of deep foundation pit precipitation and support design in Chengdu,a structural system using pipe well precipitation and pile-anchor support was proposed. The calculations of the scope,the internal force of the retaining structure,the embedding stability of the supporting piles,the stability against the uplift,and the deformation of the foundation pit meet the requirements of the code. Supporting pile workers use rotary drilling rigs for static mud wall protection,and anchor cable construction uses full hydraulic crawler drilling rigs. The introduction of two types of equipment has greatly improved the construction e?ciency and guaranteed the owner’s construction period requirements. Deformation monitoring data after completion show that Maintaining the deformation and settlement of the structural system is completely within the allowable range of the code. This shows that the pile-anchor support system is the most commonly used support system for sand and gravel(gravel) rock formations,which is technically completely feasible and economically feasible,it is very reasonable and has broad application value.
