摘要
历史建筑在地方历史文化传承中起着非常重要的作用,同时还是城市空间调节、发展城市新经济的重要手段。历史建筑的价值再利用作为当前的一个发展研究课题,以"人流为导向"的视角,采用新手段、使用新方法挖掘历史建筑的新价值,让历史建筑成为城市新经济发展的新引擎。通过对青岛四方路街区及各个项目进行改造再利用,得到了历史建筑再利用的有效方法,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Historical buildings play a very important role in the transfer of local historical and cultural heritage,and they are also an important means for urban space regulation and development of the new urban economy. The reuse of historical buildings is a current research topic for development. From the perspective of "?ow of people",new methods and methods are used to dig new values of historical buildings,making historical buildings a new engine of urban new economic development. Through the reconstruction and reuse of Qingdao Sifang road neighborhood and various projects,an effective method for the reuse of historical buildings was obtained,which provides a reference for similar projects.
