摘要
目的总结14例双平面机器人导航辅助下经皮空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的患者围手术期实施的护理经验,以期减轻患者的手术应激反应及减少并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年3月采用两平面机器人导航定位系统辅助下经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗的14例股骨颈骨折患者的快速康复护理措施,包括心理护理、术前准备、营养管理、血栓防控、疼痛管理、体液管理、伤口管理、康复训练、出院指导及随访。结果14例患者均顺利完成手术,关节功能恢复良好,术后未发生相关并发症,该手术方法及快速康复护理在术前准备时间、术中出血量、疼痛评分、平均住院天数、患者满意度及并发症发生率六个指标上与传统手术护理方法比较差异均有统计学意义。结论快速康复护理理念应用于双平面机器人导航辅助下经皮空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折患者效果好,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective to summarize the 14 cases of double planar robot navigation assisted percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation to treat femoral neck fracture patients perioperative nursing experience of surgery in order to reduce the patient's stress response and the ways to reduce the occurrence of complications were retrospectively analyzed between January 2017 and March 2018 using two planar robot navigation and positioning system aided by percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation treatment of 14 cases of femoral neck fracture patients with rapid rehabilitation nursing measures,Including psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,nutrition,thrombosis,the prevention and control,pain management,fluid management,wound management and rehabilitation training,and discharge guidance and follow-up results of 14 patients were successfully completed surgery,the recovery of joint function is good,no postoperative complications related to occur,compared with traditional surgery nursing method,the operation method and quick rehabilitation nursing in preoperative preparation,intraoperative blood loss,pain score,the average hospitalization days,patient satisfaction and complications on the six indexes difference was statistically significant.Conclusion the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of femoral neck fracture with percutaneous cannulated nailing assisted by biplane robot navigation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
