摘要
近年来,我国经济发展迅速,建筑行业作为我国的支柱产业,其发展尤为迅速,为更好地促进建筑行业的发展,在建筑工程施工中,一定要合理保证项目经济效益,做好工程的造价管理工作,采取有效措施进行工程造价控制,使工程实际成本控制在计划范围内,以避免项目施工遭受资金风险,尽可能地实现项目效益最大化,基于此,简要分析了建筑工程造价的动态管理及控制要点。
In recent years,China's economy is developing rapidly.As the pillar industry of our country,the development speed of the construction industry is particularly amazing.In order to better promote the development of the construction industry,in the construction of the construction project,we must reasonably ensure the economic benefits of the project,do a good job in the cost management of the project,and take effective measures to control the project cost,so as to control the actual cost of the project.Within the scope of the plan,this can avoid the project construction from the risk of capital and maximize the project benefits.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the dynamic management and control points of the construction cost.
