摘要
维护欧标EN 15085焊接体系的运行及持续改进对轨道车辆及零部件的焊接企业至关重要。随着对产品焊接质量的要求越来越高,如何让更多的员工掌握并参与焊接体系的运行是企业必须面对的课题。分析了焊接体系运行中人、机、料、法、环、追溯等方面的实施要点,总结焊接责任人员、焊接图纸设计、焊接工作试件、CL4认证等级及资质证书应用等方面的常见问题并提出改进建议,为企业人员理解和维护EN 15085焊接体系提供了可行性指导。
Maintaining the running and continuous improvement of EN 15085 welding system is very important for the welding manufacturers of railway vehicles and components.With the higher and higher requirements on welding quality of products,how to let more employees master and participate in the operation of the welding system has become an issue for enterprises. Not only does this article analyze the key points of the implementation of man,machine,material,method,enviro-nments and traceability in the running of the welding system,but also it summarizes the common problems in welding coordination,weld joint design,production weld tests,certification level CL 4 and certificate application,and puts forward suggestions for improvement. This article provides feasible guidance for enterprise personnel to understand and maintain EN 15085 welding system.
