Super304H奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性研究

摘要 针对Super304H钢管母材和焊接接头在高温运行过程中发生晶间腐蚀的问题,通过焊接试验、晶间腐蚀试验、金相检验等方法系统开展了Super304H钢管母材和焊接接头晶间腐蚀敏感性的研究。结果表明,随着C含量的减少和Nb/C比的增加,Super304H钢管晶间腐蚀敏感性越低;焊接接头晶间腐蚀敏感性随着焊接热输入量和层间温度的增加呈上升趋势。 Aiming at the intergranular corrosion of base metal and welded joint of Super304H steel pipe during high temperature operation, the intergranular corrosion sensitivity of base metal and welded joint of Super304H steel pipe was systematically studied by welding test, intergranular corrosion test,metallographic examination and other detection means.The results show that the intergranular corrosion susceptibility of Super304H steel pipe decreases when the C content reduces and the Nb/C ratio increases,and intergranular corrosion susceptibility of welded joint increases as the heat input and interpass temperature increase.
