摘要
采用传统固相烧结法制备黄土基陶瓷支撑体,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等探讨烧结助剂CuO对陶瓷晶相结构、微观形貌及宏观性能的影响规律,测定了样品的抗折强度、水通量、酸碱腐蚀率等性能指标。结果表明:添加CuO能有效降低黄土基陶瓷支撑体的烧结温度。支撑体微观晶相组成主要为石英、蓝晶石和尖晶石。在固液传质作用下,陶瓷晶粒明显长大,形状改变。烧结温度为1030℃,保温2h,添加1.5wt%烧结助剂CuO的条件下制备出的管状支撑体综合性能最优,此时支撑体的抗折强度为32.19MPa、纯水通量为1590.02L·(m^2·h·MPa)^-1、酸碱腐蚀率为0.01/0.009。
The tubular loess-based ceramic membrane support with loess as aggregate was prepared by solid-state particle sintering method.The microstructure and crystal phase composition of the sample were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The performance indexes such as flexural strength,water flux,acid-base corrosion rateof the sample were measured.The results show that the addition of CuO can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of the loess-based ceramic support.The crystal phase composition of the support was mainly quartz,kyanite and spinel.Under the action of solid-liquid mass transfer,the ceramic grains grow significantly and the shape changes.When the sintering temperature was 1030℃,holding for 2h,adding 1.5wt%sintering aid CuO,the performance of the tubular support was optimal.At this time,the flexural strength of the support was 32.19 MPa,and the water flux was 1590.02L·(m^2·h·MPa)^-1,the acid-base corrosion rate was 0.01/0.009.
