摘要
目的:挖掘中医药治疗胃溃疡的组方用药规律,并探讨高频核心药物的运用思路和原理。方法:以中国知识资源总库近5年所收录的临床期刊文献为数据来源,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 19.0软件,对纳入标准的中药进行关联规则分析和因子分析,揭示高频药物的作用机制。结果:符合收录标准的141首中药组方中,单药以甘草、白芍、黄芪使用率最高;药性以寒、温居多;药味以苦、辛、甘居多;高频归经除脾、胃以外,还协同肺、心经;药物以补虚药、理气药占比最多;证型以脾虚、脾湿、肝郁为主。结论:治疗胃溃疡以补虚药为主,再根据证型配伍其他功效药物,且治疗脾胃的同时应兼治其他脏腑。
Objective: To explore the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of gastric ulcers,and to explore the application ideas and principles of high-frequency core drugs. Methods: Based on the data of clinical journals collected by the China Knowledge Resource Database in the past 5 years,Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 14. 1,and SPSS Statistics 19. 0 software were used to analyze association rules and factor analysis of Chinese medicines included in the standard to reveal high frequency Mechanism of drug action. Results: Among the 141 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria,Gancao( licorice),Baishao( radix paeoniae alba) and Huangqi( astragalus) had the highest rates of use as a single drug;drugs with coldness and warmth in character were the most common and with bitterness,astringency,and sweetness in flavor were the most common;The channel tropism of the drugs are most the Spleen and Stomach as well as Lung and Heart being in high frequency. The functions of the drugs are mainly tonifying deficiency and regulating Qi movement,and the syndrome types are mainly Spleen deficiency,Spleen dampness,and Liver Qi depression. Conclusion: The treatment of gastric ulcer is mainly based on tonifying deficiency,and other efficacy drugs are compatible according to the type of syndrome;other Zang should be treated at the same time in treatment of the Spleen and Stomach.
