重型Fahr病1例报告

A case of severe Fahr disease

摘要 1病历资料患者女,54岁。因"渐进性行走不稳、言语不清10年"入院。患者10年前无明显诱因出现行走不稳、言语欠清,程度逐渐加重,现需扶持行走,言语不清、饮水呛咳,无明显肢体无力、麻木,无全身抽搐及意识障碍,无口角流涎,无精神行为异常。既往有高血压病史10余年,近年服用依那普利5 mg日1次治疗。
