摘要
针对西藏地区矿物掺和料紧缺的问题,研究玄武岩石粉细度、掺量对混凝土性能的影响,并采用硅灰复合技术对玄武岩石粉混凝土密实度进行了改性。研究结果表明:比表面积大于600 m^2/kg的玄武岩石粉能改善混凝土的工作性能与力学性能;玄武岩石粉对混凝土后期强度增长效应不及粉煤灰,当玄武岩石粉与粉煤灰复合使用时,粉煤灰掺量不宜小于20%,玄武岩石粉掺量不宜大于10%;采用5%硅灰复合20%玄武岩石粉,可配制出密实度满足要求的混凝土,该方案有利于减少西藏地区混凝土掺和料不足带来的外运需求。
According to the reality of the shortage of mineral admixtures in Tibet area,the effect of fineness and content of basalt powder on concrete properties was researched,and the dense degree of concrete with basalt powder was modified by silica fume composite incorporation.The results show that basalt powder with specific surface area greater than 600 m^2/kg might improve the workability and mechanical properties of concrete.The effect of basalt powder on the strength growth of concrete in the later period is less than that of fly ash.When basalt powder is used in combination with fly ash,the content of fly ash should not be less than 20%,and the dosage of basalt powder should not be higher than10%.The concrete with the required dense degree can be prepared by using 5% silica fume combined with 20% basalt powder.The scheme is beneficial to reduce the demand of outward transportation caused by the lack of concrete admixture in Tibet area.
