摘要
温州市仰义水库在2016年6月发现有渗流异常现象,为了确保水库的安全运行,自渗流异常现象发生以后均保持低水位运行。为了充分发挥水库的防洪及兴利作用,结合现场巡查和水库历史安全监测资料对水库大坝渗流异常的现象的成因进行分析,并提出相关的建议。分析结果可为进一步做好仰义水库的安全运行提供科学依据。
Seepage anomaly was found in Yangyi Reservoir of Wenzhou City in June 2016.To ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,the seepage abnormality has been maintained at a low water level since the occurrence of the seepage abnormality.In order to give full play to the reservoir's flood prevention function and benefit,combined with on-site inspections and historical safety monitoring data of the reservoir,the cause of the abnormal dam seepage phenomenon was analyzed,and related suggestions were put forward.The analysis results can provide scientific basis for further improving the safe operation of Yangyi Reservoir.
