摘要
本文简述了CRH2C型动车组双臂刮雨器的组成结构及工作原理,同时对该型动车组的双臂刮雨器的故障检测及诊断方法进行深入研究,并设计故障诊断设备。通过检测电源信号,PLC控制器的输入、输出信号,电机输入信号以及位置传感器信号,根据双臂刮雨器的控制逻辑及工作原理,建立功能逻辑表。在实际工作中,将现场检测的逻辑序列与理论建立的逻辑表对比,根据逻辑判断流程图,实现了对动车组的双臂刮雨器的故障检测及诊断。最后,将提出的故障检测及诊断方法应用于实际案例中,可以快速、精准地确定双臂刮雨器是否发生故障,并定位故障发生的位置,验证提出方法的有效性。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the double arms wipers in the CRH2 C electric multiple unit(EMU). Then, the fault detection and diagnosis method is researched in detail and fault diagnosis device is designed. By detecting the power source signals, the input and output signals of PLC, the motor input signals and the position sensor signals, a function logic chart is established based on the control logic and working principle of the double arms wipers. The logic sequence in the actual work is compared with the function logic chart established by the theory. According to the logic judgment flow chart, the fault detection and diagnosis of the double arms wipers are realized. Finally, the proposed fault detection and diagnosis method is applied to the actual case, which can locate the position of the fault quickly and accurately and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
