摘要
电动舵机作为导弹的执行元件,其性能对弹体特性提升起着关键性的影响。为了满足弹体对舵机的性能需求,采用了一种末端舵面角度测量值作为位置环的反馈量实现位置闭环,其微分量作为速度环的反馈量实现速度闭环的双环控制方案,并针对速度环控制器设计了自适应分段调整控制算法,最后开展MATLAB平台理论仿真和舵机系统实物测试。经实验结果表明,所设计的舵机控制系统运行平稳,各项性能满足指标要求,验证了该控制方案的可行性。
As the actuator of missile control system,the property of actuator plays an important role in improving the performance of missile.In order to satisfy this need,an improved dual closed-loop control plan is adopted,where the speed and postion feedback can be obtaibed through measuring the angle of the end rubber and its differential respectively.And in the speed control loop,a control algorithm based on the adaptive segmentation adjustment is adopted.The MATLAB stimulation and experimental results show that the control system not only runs stably but also has good performance which can meet the requirements.It’s able to conclude that the designed control system is feasible.
