摘要
为提高学生对中、西医学知识的整合分析以及解决复杂问题的能力,广西中医药大学第一临床医学院构建了中西医病证结合临床思维训练教学资源。其内容以虚拟情景动画导入,采用人机交互的形式,包含“问诊”、“体格检查”、“辅助检查”、“诊断”、“治疗方案”、“思考与提问”、“关键知识点”等临床操作的相关模块,为学生提供了一个多模块、多层次化的学习平台。该教学资源中、西医知识可一键切换,具有形式新颖、方便快捷、互动性强、平台开放及可移动性等特点。以培养学生的创新精神和辩证思维能力,强化训练学生的临床实践操作技能的目的。
In order to improve students'ability to integrate and analyze knowledge of Chinese and Western medicine and solve complex problems,the First Clinical Medical College of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has established teaching resources of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with clinical thinking training.Its content is imported by virtual scene animation,and it adopts the form of humancomputer interaction,including"inquiry","physical examination","assisted examination","diagnosis","treatment plan","thinking and questioning","key knowledge points"Relevant modules for clinical operations provide a multi-module,multi-level learning platform for students.This teaching resource can switch between Chinese and Western medicine with one click.It has the features of novel form,convenient and fast,strong interaction,open platform and mobility.In order to cultivate students'innovative spirit and dialectical thinking ability,the purpose of strengthening students'clinical practical operation skills is strengthened.
