摘要
篮球攻防战术意识在当前篮球运动之中占据重要比重,教练员需要注重结合学生球员的实际情况,有意识开展培养活动,促进学生球员的全面发展。本文主要是从篮球攻防战术意识的基本情况分析入手,重点介绍了篮球战术意识的内涵,阐明了培养攻防战术意识的重要性,结合当前篮球攻防战术意识培养过程中存在着的问题,提出了一些科学合理的培养策略,为全面有效提升球员的篮球攻防战术意识和篮球运动水平,提供良好借鉴和参考。
Basketball attack and defense tactics consciousness occupies an important proportion modern basketball,so coaches need to pay attention to the actual situation of student players,and consciously carry out training activities to promote the all-round development of student players. This article mainly starts from the basic situation analysis of basketball attack and defense tactics consciousness,emphatically introduces the connotation of basketball tactics consciousness,clarifies the importance of cultivating offensive and defensive tactics consciousness,and combines the problems that exist in the current basketball attack and defense tactics consciousness cultivation process. Some scientific and reasonable training strategies are put forward,which provide good reference for improving the basketball offensive and defensive tactics awareness and basketball sports level.
