摘要
“海洋强国”战略是我国重要的发展战略,海洋经济已经成为国民经济重要的增长极。基于相关研究和文献,结合生态位适宜度理论,从资源禀赋基础、科技智力基础、海洋经济基础、核心产业基础、生态环境基础五大角度出发,构建区域海洋产业生态位适宜度评价指标体系,对苏浙沪鲁海洋产业生态位适宜度进行实证研究,创新性提出海洋产业发展度,以明确江苏海洋产业发展的比较优势和不足,为江苏海洋经济发展提出建议。研究发现,海洋自然资源是影响海洋产业发展的重要因素之一,而非决定性因素;海洋基础资源的开发和利用,对区域海洋产业发展有重要影响。
The"Ocean Power"strategy is an important development strategy in China and the marine economy has become an important growth pole for the national economy.Based on the relevant research and literature norms,combined with the niche fitness theory,from the five perspectives of resource endowment basis,scientific and technological innovation foundation,marine economic foundation,core industry basis and ecological environment foundation,this paper constructs the regional marine industry niche fitness evaluation index system and demonstrates the niche fitness of marine industry in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Shandong.This paper innovatively proposes the development degree of the marine industry and clarifies the comparative advantages and shortcomings of the development of Jiangsu's marine industry so as to make recommendations for the development of Jiangsu marine economy.The study found that marine natural resources are one of the influencing factors for the development of the marine industry rather than a decisive factor,and the development and utilization of marine basic resources have an important influence on the development of marine industry.
