摘要
目的探究三方协同管理对消化内科安全管理质量的影响。方法选择该院于2016年5月-2019年1月收治的消化内科住院患者84例,将患者进行随机分组,对照组实施常规护理管理模式,研究组实施医生、护士及家属三方协同管理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、不良事件发生率以及医护人员满意率。结果研究组的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),医护人员满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三方协同管理能够显著提高患者的治疗依从性,减少不良事件发生,同时提高患者对医护人员的满意率。
Objective To explore the influence of tripartite collaborative management on the quality of digestive medicine safety management. Methods 84 inpatients of gastroenterology who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to January2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group implemented the routine nursing management model. The research group implemented the three-party collaborative management of doctors, nurses, and family members. Treatment compliance, incidence of adverse events, and satisfaction of medical staff in both groups were compare. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of medical staff was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The three-party collaborative management can significantly improve the patient’s treatment compliance,reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and increase the patient’s satisfaction rate with medical staff.
