摘要
为了提高变压器油中溶解气体分析技术进行故障诊断的快捷性,文章开发了一套主要监测氢气H2和乙炔C2H2的在线监测系统。用Φ6管道通过变压器预留口采集绝缘油,再通过油气分离膜分离出气体。采用电化学传感器SGA-400进行气体数据采集,在现场检测装置上进行阈值判断,同时,通过RS485总线传至上位机,进一步诊断故障类型。系统装置结构简单,故障诊断及时,分辨率高。
In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis of dissolved gas analysis technology in transformer oil, an on-line monitoring system for hydrogen H2 and acetylene C2H2 is developed in this paper. The insulating oil is collected by Φ6 pipeline through the reserved port of transformer, and then the gas is separated by oil-gas separation membrane. The gas data is collected by electrochemical sensor SGA-400, and the threshold value is determined on the field detection device. At the same time, the gas data is transmitted to the upper computer through RS485 bus to further diagnose the fault type. The system has the advantages of simple structure, timely fault diagnosis and high resolution.
