摘要
目的观察分析在血液净化中心急救物品管理中采用"5S"管理法的应用价值。方法研究样本从该院血液净化中心护理人员中选取,总例数为17名,研究时间为2017年2月-2019年2月,将2017年2月-2018年2月之间采用常规管理的9名护理人员作为对照组,将2018年3月-2019年2月之间采用"5S"管理法的8名护理人员作为实验组,对比两组管理效果。结果研究可得,实验组护理人员检查物品耗时、物品过期、环境整理耗时、抢救物品耗时等物品质量管理效果较好,组间对比与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理人员用药准确率、用药速度、抢救物品速度较为优异,组间对比与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理人员急救物品管理质量评分、管理满意度评分较高,组间对比与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此研究可得,在血液净化中心急救物品管理中采用"5S"管理法,能明显对护理人员急救物品管理质量进行提高,还能进一步改善管理满意度。
Objective To observe and analyze the application value of the "5 S" management method in the management of emergency supplies in blood purification centers. Methods The study samples were selected from the nursing staff of the blood purification center of the hospital. The total number of cases was 17. The research period is from February 2017 to February 2019, and will be between February 2017 and February 2018. 9 nursing staff using routine management were used as the control group, and 8 nursing staff using the "5 S" management method between March 2018 and February 2019 were used as the experimental group, and the management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The research shows that the nursing staff in the experimental group have better quality management effects on items such as time-consuming items, expired items, time for environmental finishing, and time-saving items. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing team in the experimental group had excellent medication accuracy, medication speed, and speed of rescue items. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality score and satisfaction score of first aid items management of nurses in the test group were higher.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion This study shows that the use of the "5 S" management method in the management of first-aid items in the blood purification center can significantly improve the quality of first-aid items management for nursing staff and further improve management satisfaction.
