摘要
目的研究护士分层管理在中西医结合科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年2月-2019年2月期间在职的120名中西医结合科护理人员为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和参照组,每组60人,对参照组护理人员采用常规护理,实验组采用分层管理,比较干预前后两组护士的护理质量,同时对比两组护士及患者的满意度。结果与参照组相比,实验组护士的护理质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士及患者的满意度均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中西医结合科护理管理工作中采用分层管理,有助于提高管理的质量,同时提生升患者与护士的满意率。
Objective To study the effect of nurses’ hierarchical management in nursing management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 120 nursing staff of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine who were employed in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into experimental and reference groups, 60 in each group, and nursing staff in the reference group, the routine nursing was adopted, and the experimental group was managed hierarchically to compare the nursing quality of the two groups of nurses before and after the intervention, while comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses and patients. Results Compared with the reference group, the nurses in the experimental group scored higher on the quality of care, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the nurses and patients was improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of layered management in the nursing management of integrated Chinese and western medicine will help improve the quality of management and improve the satisfaction rate of patients and nurses.
