摘要
目的探讨宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室的术中护理方法及临床应用效果。方法随机选取2017年3月-2019年3月在该院妇产科进行治疗的76例子宫瘢痕憩室患者,所有患者均进行宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗,将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者术中给予常规的护理,实验组在对照组的基础上加用手术配合护理的模式,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的护理有效率为97.36%,对照组患者护理有效率为68.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.641,P<0.05);实验组患者护理后的生活质量评分为(68.71±10.69)分,显著优于对照组患者护理的生活质量评分(50.30±9.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.032,P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室临床疗效较好,在术中对患者进行有效的护理,能够显著改善患者的恢复情况,促进伤口愈合,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the nursing method and clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with surgery in the treatment of cesarean section scar diverticulum. Methods 76 patients with uterine scar diverticulum treated in obstetrics and gynaecology from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during operation, and the experimental group was treated with the mode of operation and nursing on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of nursing was 97. 36% in the experimental group and 68.42% in the control group. and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.641,P<0.05), and the score of quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was(68.71±10.69)points, which was significantly better than that in the control group(50.30±9.63) points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.032,P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with surgery is effective in the treatment of cesarean section scar diverticulum.Effective nursing care can significantly improve the recovery of patients, promote wound healing and reduce the occurrence of complications.
