摘要
目的探讨分析优质护理服务在产科护理中的应用效果。方法该次研究便利选取2016年3月-2018年3月在该院治疗的100例产科产妇,纳入患者采用随机数字表法均分,设为观察组及对照组。观察组:优质护理服务;对照组:常规护理服务,对比分析两组的护理工作质量、护理满意度、并发生发生情况以及患者生活质量。结果在护理质量上,观察组护理熟练程度(25.88±5.46)分、基础护理(22.97±5.68)分、护理规范程度(23.87±5.25)分均明显优于对照组(t=9.345、7.449、7.368,P<0.05);观察组在护理满意率(94.00%)方面显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.332,P<0.05);观察组在产后出血(6.00%)、产褥感染(5.00%)及排尿困难情况(6.00%)显著低于对照组(χ~2=2.560、1.496、2.560,P<0.05);观察组产妇出院半年后无论是在精神状况(3.56±0.67)分、日常活动(3.51±0.24)分、睡眠(3.01±0.66)分、食欲(3.14±1.09)分、社会功能(3.58±0.17)分等方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.912、5.106、2.356、12.471、7.125,P<0.05)。结论在产科产妇分娩的过程中应用优质护理服务,具有较好的护理工作质量,同时产妇对于护理的满意率也较高,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the application of quality nursing services in obstetric care. Methods Convenient selection of 100 maternal maternal women who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 in this study were enrolled in this study. The patients were included in the observation group and the control group by random number table method. Observation group: quality care service;control group: routine care service.Comparative analysis of the quality of care work, satisfaction of care, occurrence and quality of life of the two groups.Results In the quality of nursing, the nursing proficiency(25.88±5.46)poiints, basic nursing(22.97±5.68) poiints and nursing standard(23.87±5.25) poiints of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(t=9.345, 7.449, 7.368, P<0.05). The satisfaction rate(94%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ~2=4.332, P<0.05);the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in postpartum hemorrhage(6.00%), puerperal infection(5.00%) and dysuria(6.00%)(χ~2=2.560, 1.496, 2.560,P<0.05). Observed group of women after discharge for half a year, whether in mental condition(3.56±0.67) poiints, daily activities(3.51±0.24) poiints, sleep(3.01±0.66)points, appetite(3.14 ±1.09)points, social function(3.58±0.17) poiints.The other aspects were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t =7.912,5.106,2.356,12.471,7.125, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing services in the process of maternity delivery has better quality of nursing work, and the maternal satisfaction rate of nursing is also high, which has important clinical application value.
