摘要
头颈部肿瘤因受解剖因素的影响,放化疗成为主要治疗手段。放化疗的毒副作用极有可能导致患者营养不良或加重患者营养不良情况。近年来研究发现营养治疗在恶性肿瘤患者的治疗中,起着至关重要的作用,且肿瘤营养治疗已经越来越受到重视,注重肿瘤患者的营养治疗,可以使得放化疗顺利进行,提高患者生存率,缩短住院时间,减低医疗费用等。营养治疗需要进行营养筛查、营养评估,有营养风险的患者需进行营养治疗,治疗的方式有肠内营养和肠外营养。具有厌食症状及营养状况不良的晚期肿瘤患者,使用小剂量泼尼松治疗能促进营养状况的改善。本文通过对现有肿瘤营养治疗的相关文献进行回顾、归纳和总结,旨在对头颈部肿瘤营养治疗做一综述。
Due to the influence of anatomical factors, radiotherapy and chemotherapy has become the main treatment of head and neck cancer. The side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy are likely to lead to malnutrition or aggravate malnutrition in patients. Recent studies have found that nutrition therapy plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumor, and the treatment of tumor nutrition has been paid more and more attention. Focusing on the nutrition therapy of the patients with tumor can make the radiotherapy and chemotherapy go smoothly, improve survival rate, shorten hospitalization time, and reduce medical expenses. Nutritional screening and assessment are required prior to nutrition treatment, and nutritional treatment is required for patients with nutritional risk(enteral and parenteral nutrition). Treatment of patients with advanced tumors with anorexia and malnutrition with low-dose prednisone promotes nutritional improvement. This article has analyzed relevant literature on existing tumor nutrition therapy, aiming to review the nutritional therapy of head and neck cancer.
