摘要
目的在南昌市区对自制的老年人多维度体质综合评估量表进行可行性、实用性检验。方法于2018年11月至2019年9月进行现况调查,分层随机抽取6个年龄段(分60~64、65~69、70~74、75~79、80~84、≥85岁,每组200人,男女各半)共1200人,利用老年人多维体质综合评估量表对南昌市青山湖、西湖、东湖等区60岁以上老年人体质进行测量;百分位数法(Px)将每个年龄段的老年人体质得分划分为五段式(<P5、P5~P24、P25~P75、P76~P95、>P95)。统计分析老年人体质不同年龄、不同性别总分及各维度得分水平,并采用生物统计学的Linear、Logarithmic、Inverse、Quadratic、Cubic、Compound、Power、S、Growth、Exponential、Logistic等11种模型对个体的体质综合评分与个体年龄进行曲线拟合。结果完成有效体质量表971人份,男女比0.974∶1,老年人体质总分为33.57~87.68分,形态体貌、机能、素质得分分别为3.56~11.76、8.53~29.35、21.19~47.72分;总分值和同一维度分值的不同年龄段间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);Quadratic模型对个体的体质与年龄进行拟合绘图的效果最佳。结论老年人体质总分及各维度得分随年龄增大而升高,该量表适用社区老年人群体质测评,便于社区60岁以上个体的体质综合评估和随访监测。
Objective To test the feasibility and practicability of the self-made multidimensional physical fitness comprehensive assessment scale for elderly in Nanchang city.Methods Current situation survey was performed from November 2018 to September 2019,and six age groups were randomly selected by stratification(60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79,80-84 and≥85,200 subjects in each group,male-to-female ratio 1:1).The multidimensional physical fitness comprehensive assessment scale was used to measure the physical fitness of the elderly aged over 60 years in Qingshan Lake,West Lake,East Lake and other districts of Nanchang.The physical fitness scores of elderly in each age group were divided into five paragraphs using the percentile method(Px):<P5,P5-P24,P25-P75,P76-P95,and>P95.Statistical analysis was made on the total score of constitution of the elderly with different ages and genders,as well as on the scores of various dimensions.The curve fitting between the comprehensive score of constitution of individuals and their ages was conducted by using 11 biostatistical models,including Linear,Logarithmic,Inverse,Quadratic,Quadratic,Cubic,Compound,Power,S,Growth,Exponential and Logistic.Results A total of 971 participants completed the assessment scale with a male-to-female ratio of 0.974:1.The total score of physical fitness was 33.57-87.68 in the elderly.The scores of appearance,function and quality were 3.56-11.76,8.53-29.35 and 21.19-47.72,respectively.There were significant differences in the total score and the score of the same dimension among different age groups(P<0.001).Quadratic model had the best effect on fitting the individual constitution and age.ConclusionThe total score and the scores of all dimensions of physical fitness increase with age.This scale is applicable to the physical fitness assessment in elderly community population,and is convenient for the comprehensive assessment and follow-up monitoring of physical fitness in individuals over 60 years old in the community.
