摘要
在城市可持续发展背景下,如何处理好历史建筑保护利用与城市特色建设之间的关系受到越来越多人的关注。作为传承历史文化的载体,传统民居建筑融入现代城市生活不仅延续了城市文化特色,还为城市发展增添了生机与活力。该文将"共生"的思想引入到历史建筑保护利用的实践,尝试从人文生态学的角度对历史建筑保护的内涵做出解读,并结合沈阳市老城区传统民居易地迁建保护这一工程实践,从建筑与环境的共生、空间与功能的适应、传统文化与当代人文的契合三方面研究历史建筑保护与利用的共生性策略。
Under the background of urban sustainable development,how to deal with the relationship between the conservation and utilization of historical buildings and the construction of urban characteristics has attracted more and more attention.As a carrier of historical cultural,integrating traditional residential buildings into modern urban life not only continues the urban cultural characteristics,but also adds vitality to city development.In this paper we introduce the idea of"symbiosis"into the practice of conservation and utilization of historical buildings,try to interpret the connotation of historical building conservation from the perspective of humanistic ecology.Then,based on the project practice of ex-situ conservation of traditional dwellings in old urban areas of Shenyang city,we study the symbiotic strategies of historic buildings conservation and utilization from three aspects:the symbiosis of architecture and environment,the adaptation of space and function,and the combination of traditional culture and contemporary humanity.
